Our Personality is the unique
way in which we think, feel &
behave – and naturally then,
our personality traits are the
characteristic patterns of our
thoughts, feelings, & behaviors
that we use consistently and
over a prolonged time.

So there are no no ‘good’ or
‘bad’ people, we all are merely
different from each other!

The Five-Factor Model is very
commonly used system to describe
personality traits – we can
remember them through
the acronym ‘OCEAN‘:

Openness,

Conscientiousness,

Extraversion,

Agreeableness, &

Neuroticism.

If we were asked to name
some Personality Traits,
many of us might stop at just a few!
But there are innumerable ones,
both desirable and undesirable!
To be successful in life, we must
constantly endeavor to develop the
beneficial ones and try to turn the
negatives into positives!

But before we do that, we need
to be aware of who we are, and
how we feel and think, because
that has a direct effect on our
behavior, which in turn determines
how others behave with us –
and isn’t that what life is all about?!
